JOB DESCRIPTION

* Working location: Lot C343 Tran Phu, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province, Vietnam

Job description:

– Ensure all imported and exported goods have valid documents

– Export goods to relevant departments when requested

– Update import and export operations for each order in parallel with relevant departments

– Track import and export goods and have inventory forecasts

– Track finished product warehouses in parallel at the company

– Update books according to procedures

– Take inventory and compare inventory

– Make a summary of import and export inventory; find the cause and reason for warehouse deviation and adjust inventory after consulting with management

– Update daily minimum inventory quantity

– Ensure minimum inventory level

– Store and arrange warehouse according to the correct layout and ensure product/material quality

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 0-1 YEAR                            Degree: College/University
Gender: Male/Female                             Age: 23-40

– Graduated from accounting, economics major, with 1 year or more experience

– Honest, enthusiastic, responsible for work.

– Careful, able to work in Teamwork

– Proficient in Word, Excel, knowing how to use accounting software is an advantage
